Job Title: Zuora Engineer

A skilled subscription billing professional is required to address a critical single point of failure in our global operations infrastructure. This role is pivotal in stabilising business continuity and enhancing customer experience workflows across our global footprint.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise customer experience workflows across billing and subscription journeys
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, and CX teams to align capabilities with business goals
  • Implement best practices for configuration, automation, and data integrity
  • Provide technical leadership and documentation to reduce future dependency risks

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a subscription billing specialist or architect in enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of subscription billing models and customer lifecycle management
  • Hands-on expertise with APIs, workflow design, product catalog, and reporting
  • Experience integrating with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), ERP, and data platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
