As a leader in the healthcare industry, we are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our medical billing operations.

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in revenue cycle management, who can drive efficiency and excellence through process improvements, automation, and best practices.

  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of billing processes, denial management, AR follow-up, and payer policies is essential.
  • The successful candidate will be able to manage large teams and multi-client operations with ease.
  • We require excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills from our ideal candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. You will also be expected to monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership and clients.
