Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with insurance companies to follow up on oncology-related claims and resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of denied or underpaid oncology claims, taking corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all calls, claim status, and resolutions, ensuring seamless communication among teams.
  • Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical teams to address claim discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets as per established standards, ensuring exceptional performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and healthcare regulations at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in AR calling within the US healthcare sector.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oncology billing & AR processes.
  • In-depth understanding of oncology-specific coding, modifiers, and payer guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally.
  • Familiarity with EOBs, remittance advice, and claims adjudication processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency with healthcare billing software and MS Office tools.
