Job Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to manage the behind-the-scenes logistics that make pet relocation smooth and stress-free. You will be the backbone of our operations, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance, and making sure every pet arrives safe, sound, and on schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all logistics for pet relocations including flights, permits, transport, and documentation.
  • Communicate with airlines, transport partners, vet clinics, and government bodies to arrange travel.
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation like health certificates, NOCs, and travel permits.
  • Keep clients updated on their pet's journey and offer reassurance and clarity at every step.
  • Monitor live pet shipments and ensure timely, secure delivery.
  • Proactively resolve any travel disruptions or emergencies with empathy and quick decision-making.
  • Maintain organized records of every move - expenses, timelines, and communication logs.
