Job Description:

  • Support the Head of Treasury in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fund raising & relationship management (Banks, FIs)
  2. Credit rating surveillance & compliance reporting
  3. Debt servicing & liability management
  4. Cash flow planning & audit coordination
  5. Build & manage relationships with PSU and private banks
  6. Prepare loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements
  7. Coordinate with Legal & Compliance for transaction vetting
  8. Drive fund raising and speed up debt raising process
  9. Handle credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies
  10. Arrange management calls, negotiate rating fee structures
  11. Oversee stock audits and charge creation/modification with MCA
  12. Manage post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports
  13. Ensure timely submission of RBI, NHB & other regulatory returns
  14. Manage liability dashboard, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDs
  15. Support CFO in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA / Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred)
  • 7-12 years' experience in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCs
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solving
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAP
  • Knowledge of NHB refinancing is an advantage
