Corporate Treasury Solutions Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber expert to manage corporate client relationships and provide tailored solutions for treasury needs.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, deep market insight, and superior relationship management skills.

  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Drive sales of treasury products including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  • Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  • Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • MBA/Graduate degree.
  • 8-12 years of experience in treasury sales or corporate treasury relationship management, preferably with banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or financial institutions.
  • All locations considered.
