Job Title: Senior Programme Coordinator

This is a key leadership role, overseeing end-to-end delivery of ecommerce projects including web, mobile and backend systems. You will manage multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.

  • Project Leadership: Deliver high-impact ecommerce initiatives in the Retail domain by aligning goals and priorities with business stakeholders.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance on full-stack architecture ensuring feasibility and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, issues and escalations effectively.
  • Agile Execution: Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning and retrospectives to drive timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integrations with ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways and third-party platforms to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, propose mitigation strategies and track project health to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and project performance to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across departments, promoting open communication and teamwork.
