Role Overview

The Academic Partnerships Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting higher education collaborations with top Indian institutions.

This profile is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about academic partnerships, programme management, and stakeholder engagement.

The role involves research, market analysis, programme documentation, and end-to-end coordination with institutes and faculty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research on programmes offered by IITs, IIMs, IIITs, and NITIE.
  • Liaise with institute stakeholders (faculty, programme offices, directors) for academic collaborations.
  • Carry out competition mapping of institutions/universities and their programme offerings.
  • Perform SWOT analysis of content/syllabus of management and engineering courses.
  • Draft Programme Document Sheets (PDS) and follow through for institutional approvals.
Other Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with programme directors and faculty members for course delivery.
  • Manage and maintain the program calendar across institutions.
  • Oversee lecture coordination for both online and in-campus sessions.
  • Support faculty during interview sessions and assist in smooth candidate interactions.
  • Coordinate with institutes for invoicing, billing, and payment processes.
  • Ensure smooth execution of tasks in alignment with department and organization goals.
Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred fields: Management, Education, Economics, or related).

- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to perform market and competition mapping.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Prior exposure to education, consulting, or academic partnerships will be an added advantage.
