  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment across functions, with strong expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods, including social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey. Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters, build a high-performing TA team, and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.
  • Employee Satisfaction & Employer Branding: Support initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and positioning the organization as an employer of choice.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6-10 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
  • Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire others within the TA function.
