We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Senior EPM Consultant. This position requires a seasoned advisor with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions that deliver tangible business value.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through consultative approaches, particularly within finance teams.
  • Provide leadership in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of our delivery methodologies.
  • Cultivate adoption of enterprise performance management platforms through successful stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in EPM platforms (Jedox, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics, or SAP BPC).
  • Proven track record in implementing EPM systems - Successfully led end-to-end deployments for large-scale clients.
  • Background in finance/accounting with a deep understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience in enterprise consulting - Direct involvement in client-facing implementation and advisory work.
  • Tech skills in EPM - Data modeling, ETL, financial reporting, dashboard development.
