Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our finance operations and business analytics functions. This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting responsibilities with operational and financial performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and other financial documents. Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Operational and Financial Analytics: Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency. Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
