Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support the smooth operation of our accounting functions. This role is vital to ensuring timely and accurate financial records, efficient accounts payable management, and full compliance with tax and reporting obligations.

This position involves handling general accounting tasks, managing journal entries, supporting tax compliance, assisting accounts payable, and maintaining financial systems.

  • Prepare financial statements, post daily bank transactions, and manage monthly reconciliations in NetSuite.
  • Record accruals, prepaids, and various other balance sheet items.
  • Monitor and ensure timely filing of Sales/Use Tax returns.
  • Process vendor invoices, credit memos, and 1099s via Bill.com.
  • Use and update tools like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, and CRM platforms.
About You

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 2–5 years of experience in general accounting; AP experience is a plus. You should be proficient in software such as NetSuite, Bill.com, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and CRM tools.
