Job Description:

Your primary responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to creating and delivering customer requirements as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), driving exceptional customer service, and resource planning and deployment. You will be responsible for field performance excellence, goal setting, incentive design, and reporting. Additionally, you will design and maintain technology-based solutions that optimize field excellence activities based on commercial needs.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge repositories capturing qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across operating markets.
  • Support team leaders in recruitment and onboarding of new associates within the organization.
  • Participate in various knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance growth and quality deliverables.
  • Ensure exemplary communication with stakeholders through regular updates on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, and key events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Technology or Data Science related domains.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
  • Experience in analytics-based organizations or pharmaceutical companies/pharmaceutical services domain.
  • Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving approach.
  • Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence/data enable solutions.
  • Cross-cultural environment experience.
