Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead competitive intelligence teams in supporting various stakeholder groups, ensuring coordinated efforts across teams and connecting insights effectively to organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead competitive intelligence teams to deliver timely, high-quality CI insights tailored to therapy areas and business units.
  • Monitor and analyse market dynamics, competitor strategies, regulatory trends, and portfolio implications.
  • Drive innovation in CI methodologies, transitioning from fragmented outputs to unified intelligence delivery.
  • Optimise CI processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Life Sciences, and/or Management or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in competitive intelligence roles within pharma or consulting organisations (experience in biosimilar / generics domain is preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics and regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in competitive intelligence tools and databases.
  • Innovative mindset with continuous improvement focus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
