This is a consultative, client-facing role where your focus is on simplifying health concepts and guiding clients toward the most suitable next step in their journey.

As a client engagement professional, you'll conduct 1:1 video consultations with new clients, listen actively to their challenges and health goals, educate them about our holistic health process, and provide empathetic guidance.

You'll also maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations and collaborate with senior health coaches for client support when needed.

This opportunity is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in health, wellness, and client communication while gaining real-world experience in digital health consulting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 1:1 video consultations with new clients
