Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sex Therapist to join our team. As a Sex Therapist, you will combine therapeutic expertise with client acquisition and sales skills.

  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients who seek help for psychological and sexual health issues.
  • Establish rapport and build trust during calls, guiding clients to understand the support they need.
  • Pitch appropriate treatment packages and treatment plans, demonstrating how they align with the client's goals.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and outcomes of various treatment plans, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Closed sales and onboard clients into the treatment process.
  • Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  • Provide referrals or resources for clients who are not immediately ready to proceed with treatment.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or a related field (depending on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
