As a Business Partnership and Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, establishing partnerships, and implementing effective school admission strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school management, educational leaders, and corporate partners to drive business growth.">
  • Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions and corporate entities for student admissions in schools.">
  • Develop and implement effective school admission strategies to attract new students to partnered schools.">
  • Work closely with school administration and marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient admissions processes.">
  • Conduct market research to understand the local educational landscape, identify opportunities, and improve service offerings.">
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and initiatives to potential clients, parents, and stakeholders.">
  • Manage client relationships with schools, educational bodies, and corporate partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.">
  • Oversee admissions for schools partnering with Next Education and monitor admission targets to adjust strategies as necessary.">
  • Plan and execute field marketing plans to promote services and encourage enrollments.">

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.">
  • Knowledge of education and corporate partnership development.">
  • Experience with marketing and advertising strategies.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.">
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.">
  • Willingness to travel up to 24 days per month outside of base location.">
