International Education Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused professional to join our team as an International Education Consultant. As part of this role, you will play a vital part in guiding students through their journey of pursuing higher education abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to assess their goals, background, and eligibility for international education opportunities.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies to achieve their academic objectives.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, from application filing to documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Collaborate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency essential).
  • An empathetic listener and persuasive communicator able to build trust with students and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international education landscape, including key destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication platforms.
