Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our organization in managing projects effectively. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our initiatives by tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.

  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients, fostering clear, fast, and effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.
  • Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
Key Requirements
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Smart problem-solver with good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
