Project Coordinator Role Overview

This position involves providing project support and assisting in the successful delivery of projects. It requires coordinating various activities, including data collection, document management, planning, and project level critical data tracking for team members. The role also involves summarizing reports for stakeholders with high accuracy and maintaining document control for the program.

Additionally, this role includes supporting risk analysis, maintaining a Risk Log, and the Project change management process. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to manage team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, proficiency in Excel advanced features, and familiarity with Service Delivery tools such as Service Now is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities and track progress.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on project data.
  • Maintain accurate records and update project plans.
  • Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and formulas.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.
