As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating operational risks across various departments. This includes developing risk assessment frameworks and methodologies, conducting regular risk assessments and reviews, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

Risk Identification and Assessment
  • Identify potential operational risks and evaluate their impact on the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to ensure effective risk management.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify potential operational risks.
Risk Mitigation Strategies
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize operational risks.
  • Ensure the implementation of risk controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with different teams to address risk issues and implement corrective measures.
Operational Risk Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage regular Risk meetings with senior Stakeholders to review RCSAs and KRIs.
Third Party Risk Management
  • Manage third-party contacts and external risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with third-party interactions.
  • Assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities, non-compliance with regulations, operational inefficiencies, or financial instability in third-party interactions.
  • Gather information security controls evidence from third parties to ensure effective risk management.
Policy Development and Review
  • Assist in the development and updating of operational risk policies and procedures to align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
System Testing and Validation
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Operational Risk Management (ORM) development and implementation.
  • Maintain and oversee business continuity management program including appropriate testing.
Regulatory Compliance and Governance
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements to mitigate operational risks.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission of required reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a risk management role. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.
