As a Financial Expert, you will be integral to shaping the value and impact of our investment strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing various financial opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and presenting findings to senior management.
- Analyzing potential financial prospects
- Conducting macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis of target companies
- Preparing detailed financial memos for senior management
- Engaging with external agencies and lawyers for due diligence and transaction document finalization
- Monitoring portfolio performance post-investment
- Taking corrective action to improve financial performance
- Preparing internal discussion memos for financial appraisal
- Taking recovery steps for realization of invested amount
We are seeking candidates with Chartered Accountant (Rankers/Freshers) or MBA qualifications and 0-5 years of experience in debt investments/credit evaluation. Key skills include:
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Working knowledge of various databases
Successful applicants will possess a strong understanding of financial statements, as well as experience/knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
