Job Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Client Growth Specialist to spearhead our home loans and cross-selling initiatives. This role demands exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed home loans targets while fostering strong client relationships.
  2. Lead and optimize the productivity of a team of Client Growth Specialists.
  3. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with DSAs and builders to expand our market reach.
  4. Ensure seamless loan processing from application to disbursement, effectively communicating with internal departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

    To succeed in this position, you will need:

  1. A graduate degree, with a Master's or Postgraduate degree being advantageous.
  2. Proven experience in sales process management and team leadership.
  3. Outstanding relationship-building and cross-selling skills.
  4. Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
