Job Title: SCOM Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) administrator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, administration, and maintenance of the SCOM console. They will also be required to create, install, and manage custom Management Packs (MPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in application support and maintenance of monitoring and notification rules within SCOM.
  • Strong understanding of SCOM console security, patch management, and role-based access.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for SCOM components and custom scripts.
  • Experience in creating custom SCOM reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerShell scripting for task automation within SCOM.
  • Solid understanding of application/network performance and availability monitoring.
