Job Opportunity: IT Support Expert

1. We seek a seasoned IT professional with expertise in managing Office365 admin console.
2. Proficiency in implementing Office365 tools like OneDrive and Skype for business, teams is essential.

3. Familiarity with Office365 PowerShell commands and hands-on experience are required.

4. Candidates should have knowledge of managing Windows Server AD server, DNS server, SQL server etc and desktop related issues and configurations.

5. Basic understanding of networking (routing policies and traffic flow) is necessary.

6. Ability to provide remote support for US/Europe users is crucial.

7. Experience working on remote support tools like TeamViewer, LogMeIn is a must.

8. Good communication skills are essential for success in this role.

9. Knowledge of Firewall and Antivirus console is a plus point
