Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and coordinate with partners.
  • Talent Management: Manage online onboarding, documentation, induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis.
  • Manage Internship Process
  • Employee Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute programs based on the employee experience calendar
  • Learning and Development: Conduct HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs
  • HR Projects: Take on projects in any talent focus area and plan/execut
  • HR Analytics: Create dashboards/analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management

Role Overview:

The role is a generalist human resources position that requires full-cycle HR experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This is an individual role that requires strong working relationships across the talent team. Hosting HR initiatives/programs and public speaking are valuable assets.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a good academic record and a Master's degree in Human Resources (MBA) from a reputable institution preferred.
