Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Invoice Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for validating and processing invoices, handling both PO and non-PO type of invoices, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring local, global, and legal requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle both PO and non-PO type of invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure local, global, and legal requirements are met, including regulatory compliance and data privacy regulations.
  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company AP operations.
  • Own KPI Reporting and perform vendor reconciliations as required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in invoice processing and procure-to-pay functions.
  • SAP ERP and SAP S/4 HANA exposure.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Experience in logistics business is advantageous.
