Portfolio Data Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Portfolio Data Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with founders, financial analysts, product managers, and engineers. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our client onboarding and success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and onboard portfolio data from various sources into our data integration ecosystem.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and data operations teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and reliable data solutions through our platform.
  3. Work with a range of third-party data providers to integrate their data into our system.
  4. Develop and support data aggregation solutions based on client and third-party content, tailored to user workflow needs.
  5. Collaborate with user experience, design, and project management teams to develop data-oriented workflow solutions and product enhancements.
  6. Analyze and implement solutions to improve data operations and pipeline efficiency.
  7. Understand our products and clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities to serve clients and grow the business.
  8. Contribute to the evolution of our financial data solutions, ensuring the platform remains a leading integrator of market-traded and alternative asset data.

Requirements:

  1. 8.0+ GPA
  2. Experience with data analysis and finance
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  4. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both verbally and in writing
  5. Ability to work with engineering teams to define functional and technical solutions
  6. Passion for finance and technology
  7. Experience working with financial data is highly preferred
