Job Title

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not necessary.
About the Role

As an SME/Process Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a team of 15-20 FTEs and overseeing their daily tasks and goals.
  2. Developing and implementing process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  3. Analyzing data and generating reports to identify trends and patterns.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement business solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Experience in handling large teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with Excel macros.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in relevant billing functions.
  • Strong understanding of RCM processes and metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing operational metrics reports and identifying trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with workflow tools.
