Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview:

  • As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning the talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    1. Own the TA function to drive business results.
    2. Lead the talent acquisition team to hire top talent globally.
    3. Develop and execute hiring strategies based on business needs.
    4. Monitor and report hiring progress regularly.
    5. Collaborate with clients to communicate hiring plans and progress.
    6. Conduct weekly client calls to keep them informed about hiring activities.
    7. Develop recruitment strategies to meet SLA requirements.
    8. Manage vendors to ensure seamless hiring processes.
    9. Participate in final interviews and salary negotiations.
    10. Ensure new hires receive competitive salaries within pay bands.
    11. Oversee senior-level hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
    12. Mentor HR managers and teams on trainee hiring.
  2. Experience & Skills:
    1. Proven experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role.
    2. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
    3. Excellent communication skills.
    4. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  3. Preferred Qualifications:
    1. Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.
    2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    3. International recruitment experience is a plus.
  4. Minimum Requirements:
    1. Background in HR.
    2. 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
    3. Knowledge of using various HRMS tools.
    4. At least 1-2 years of experience in a lead/manager role.
    5. Master's degree in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
