Senior Finance Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Professional to lead our organization's financial management efforts. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with department heads and Controllers to monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
Financial Management Expertise
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and TP audit.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Cash Flow and Treasury Management
  • Manage bank payments and receipts, ensuring optimal planning and liquidity.
  • Oversee the organization's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Process Improvement and Automation
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
Taxation Management
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
  • Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
