As a seasoned financial strategist, you will drive growth and optimize financial performance by developing and implementing robust financial models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will conduct thorough financial analysis to inform business decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Developing accurate budgets and ensuring timely completion of projects are crucial responsibilities in this role.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reports, monitoring project costs, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization will be your primary focus.

Requirements:

  • An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is essential.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and financial analysis is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are an advantage.

The successful candidate will originate prospects, structure proposals, coordinate due diligence, manage lender/investor communications, negotiate closing documentation, and ensure post-closing covenants and reporting. Integrity, compliance mindset, and strict confidentiality and non-disclosure are must-haves.
