Financial Analyst - Pricing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our team in shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.

You will work at the intersection of pricing, analytics, and strategic finance influencing revenue realization, merchant-level profitability, and supporting decision frameworks through insights and automation.

Pricing Frameworks & Revenue Optimization
  • Design and implement effective pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  • Monitor MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
Revenue Leakage Identification & Recovery
  • Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
  • Support implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.
Business Partnership & Analytics
  • Act as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.
  • Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
Key Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles.
  • CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics.
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
