Lead Oracle HFM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee the implementation of Oracle HFM. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in financial management solutions.

About the Role
  • Leverage your technical expertise to lead a team in delivering high-quality Oracle HFM solutions, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve system performance, configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain expertise in HFM administration, including metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate standards and close cycles.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • In-depth understanding of HFM administration, system configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Proven track record in financial consolidation, reporting, and managing close cycles.
  • Experience working with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools is highly desirable.
