Job Overview:

As a seasoned expert in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, you will lead the implementation and optimization of financial consolidation and close processes using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive financial close workflows that ensure efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into effective technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Develop data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems to meet complex reporting needs.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Configure and manage financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting to provide actionable insights.
  • Deliver post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization for performance enhancement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform.
