Job Title: ASIC Test Developer

We are seeking a skilled ASIC test developer to fill this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing tests on advanced semiconductor devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive test plans for various blocks and interfaces, including ADC/DAC, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE), ATPG, Boundary Scan, and High Voltage Stress Testing.
  • Utilize SmarTest 8 software on the Advantest V93000 platform to design and execute complex test flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test time, support binning, and yield analysis.
  • Provide failure analysis support, including debug routines and report generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-15 years of experience in ASIC test development.
  • Proficiency in SmarTest 8 and Advantest V93000 platforms.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as C or Python.
  • Strong understanding of digital logic and circuit design.
