Test Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineering Specialist to develop and migrate automated test equipment (ATE) test programs.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IC Test, semiconductor test engineering, and practices. Proficiency in C++/C# is essential, along with a solid understanding of test program development and debugging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing full test programs, rewriting test methods, adapting test flows, and utilizing C# as the primary programming language.
  • Analyzing and adapting existing source code written in C++ and other languages.

The successful candidate will perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation, collaborate remotely with team members, and maintain communication regarding project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test, or equivalent field.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
