Market Intelligence SpecialistThe role of Market Intelligence Specialist revolves around unlocking novel opportunities in emerging markets through meticulous research and analysis. This expert will identify, evaluate, and provide key insights on product/molecule opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • New Product Opportunities: The candidate will identify potential products/molecules across various therapies, evaluating their medical and marketing feasibility.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of secondary market data is crucial to understanding opportunities and trends.
  • Preliminary IP Landscaping: Analyze patents and global market positioning for new products.
  • Business Case Development: Create and update business cases for selected products.
  • Market Updates: Track label expansions, competition entry, safety warnings, and quarterly sales for innovator brands.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends through competitor analysis.
  • In-Licensing and Growth Strategies: Identify new entry channels through in-licensing and other opportunities to drive business growth.
Mandatory Skills:
  • IP Landscape Understanding: Strong grasp of pharma IP landscape across markets.
  • Pharma Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of pharma regulatory requirements in US, EU, and Emerging markets.
  • Formulation Selection Process: Good understanding of formulation selection process, including medical uniqueness, commercial forecast, and fitment with technical capabilities.
  • Forecasting and Pricing Strategy: Good understanding of forecasting, patient funneling, and pricing strategy.
  • Data Platforms: Familiarity with data platforms such as IQVIA, Corelli's, IPD analytics, and Global data.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with command in Excel and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:

M. Pharm/ M.Sc Chemistry/ MBA (preferably from Tier I Institute / University)

3 to 5 years in Portfolio, Strategy and/or IPM
