Job Title: Financial Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our finance team with daily operations.

  • Prepare and generate client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions, adhering to financial policies and procedures.

  • Support bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates, to ensure financial stability and compliance.

  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, maintaining a proactive approach to financial management.

  • Update financial documentation and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Assist the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures, upholding high standards of financial governance.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including financial reporting and analysis.

  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software is a plus, enhancing productivity and efficiency.

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative, with a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
