Supply Chain Support Specialist

Looking for a challenging opportunity to utilize your organizational skills in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting role available for a highly motivated Supply Chain Support Specialist.

This position is responsible for providing top-notch support to our Directors on the Supply Chain Execution team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex calendars, plan events, and coordinate travel arrangements with ease.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing multiple complex calendars and scheduling appointments for the Directors.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
  • Organizing and executing team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events.
  • Assisting the team in creating a cohesive and effective work environment.

As a Supply Chain Support Specialist, you will work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants across the organization to provide exceptional support.

A day in the life of this role includes:

  • Coordinating calendars across multiple teams to proactively plan for key business cycles.
  • Providing timely action by organizing, prioritizing, and addressing sensitive information and requests.
  • Ensuring timely submission of expense reports and coordinating global schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in senior-level leadership support or equivalent experience at Amazon.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Executive level calendar management experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
