We help our clients structure their funding rounds, valuations, and investor collateral, such as pitch decks, financial models, projections, and business plans. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will assume a multifaceted role, handling both front-end and back-end responsibilities to ensure the success of our clients using our services.
  • You will work closely with clients to create deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc., catering to their specific needs and goals.
  • You will advise and consult clients on structuring their funding rounds, taking into account market conditions and suitable investor needs.
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, meeting strict deadlines, and managing multiple deals simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Investment Banking or Investment Analysis (1-3 years) is preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 certification is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or experience in startup fundraising or venture capital is a distinct advantage.
  • This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy flexibility.
  • You should possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
