Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced retention expert to spearhead customer engagement and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating seamless mobile/web application journeys & campaigns using tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle journey strategies across various customer cohorts.
  • Manage key reactivation channels including Push/SMS/Email/WhatsApp and In-app and Web mediums.
  • Hands-on experience with Platforms like Clever tap, MoEngage and other martech solutions.
  • Identify customer personas, create relevant customer cohorts and develop targeted strategies to engage these customers effectively.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creating mobile/web application journeys & campaigns on tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics and understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to produce high-quality content for marketing campaigns and journeys.
