Key Responsibilities:Own the entire email marketing channel strategy—from planning and execution to performance tracking and revenue growth. Develop and execute compelling promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns that drive engagement and maximize ROI.Identify revenue growth opportunities and lead initiatives aimed at doubling email channel revenue. Build, test, and optimize automated email flows, drip campaigns, and behavior-based triggers.

Design and implement segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging at scale. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting emails and nurture sequences. Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, creatives, CTAs, send times, and segmentation.

Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue per email, etc.) and deliver actionable insights. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and maintain best practices for deliverability. Stay current with trends, tools, and innovations in email marketing, CRM, and automation platforms.

Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on revenue growth and performance. Proven track record of significantly increasing revenue from email campaigns—ideally doubling email-driven sales. Mandatory experience in the eCommerce industry—understanding customer journeys, promotional cycles, and retention strategies.

Strong grasp of email marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Proficient in analyzing email performance metrics and turning data into insights.

Bonus: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization.
