Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our human resources function as Senior HR Manager. This key role is responsible for driving business objectives by implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing employment applications, and maintaining accurate attendance records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent from various channels.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of candidate backgrounds and employment applications in the offer stage.
  • Maintain up-to-date position tracking tools to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Identify new recruitment channels to optimize hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement training needs assessments and implementation plans.
  • Ensure accurate attendance records for error-free payroll calculation and processing.
  • Manage exit procedures, including exit documents, procedures, and interviews.
  • Conduct performance discussions, set clear expectations through quarterly evaluations, and facilitate goal-setting and peer review processes.
  • Resolve conflicts and employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Lead employee surveys to maximize participation and gather valuable feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of local Indian labor laws and policies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices, including payroll, bonus systems, and allowances.

Competency Skills:

  • Clear, professional communication skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High integrity and reliability, with keen judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Action orientation, problem-solving skills, and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work within a diverse team and adapt to changing circumstances.
