EIT Engineering Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled EIT Engineering Specialist to support the development, integration, and maintenance of engineering technologies. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles and IT systems knowledge to design, develop, and optimize systems that integrate engineering technologies with IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering systems, software, and hardware, as well as collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of engineering systems and tools. Additionally, they will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. The candidate should have a good understanding of project management principles and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential for documenting processes and communicating with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in an engineering, IT support, or related technical role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of engineering systems and their integration with IT infrastructure is also required. Additional skills include system administration, software deployment, and troubleshooting in a technical environment, as well as familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, CAM, ERP systems) and IT solutions commonly used in engineering processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in IT systems or engineering software tools is desirable. Experience with cloud computing, data management systems, or automation in engineering environments is also preferred. Knowledge of cybersecurity practices as they relate to engineering systems is beneficial. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is also advantageous.],
