Job Opportunity: Integration Specialist

Transguard Workforce Solutions, the leading provider of innovative HR solutions in the UAE, is seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team. With extensive knowledge of the market and a decade of experience in the region, we offer a fully integrated HR solution.

This role is for a 6-month offshore position (Remote) with potential extension based on performance and ongoing project needs. As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient data flow between Coupa and Oracle ERP systems via API, REST/cXML, and file-based integrations. You will support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes by maintaining data integrity, system alignment, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage OIC integrations for PO, invoice, GRN, supplier, and bank data.
  • Automate payment workflows from Coupa to Oracle.
  • Ensure robust data mapping, error handling, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for system enhancements and continuity.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support materials.
  • Identify and implement integration improvements.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of total COUPA and 5+ years in integration development; 3+ years with OIC.
  • Bachelor's in IT/CS or Master's in Management.
  • Experience with Coupa APIs, REST/cXML, XML, JSON, SOAP.
  • Oracle Cloud, PIPO, APIs, SQL, JavaScript.
  • ERP integration (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday).
  • Proficient in OIC orchestration, adapters, XSLT, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Certifications - OIC certification preferred.
