Job Summary:

As a specialist in integrating Dynatrace with various IT service management tools, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless monitoring and alerting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Configuration: Proven experience in setting up and configuring Dynatrace for optimal performance is essential.
  • Synthetic Monitoring: Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring principles to ensure efficient issue detection and resolution is crucial.
  • IT Service Management Tools: Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools to integrate Dynatrace alerts effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: A focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Liaison Role: Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Operational Application Management: Experience in operational application management to troubleshoot user issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Recurring Issues: Identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes to prevent future problems.
  • Alerting and Incident Management: Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.
  • Industry Standards: Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in IT, computer science, or a related field are necessary.
