Application Monitoring and Optimization Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Application Monitoring and Optimization Specialist to enhance our team's capabilities at DigiHeliC Solutions Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application monitoring and optimization, with expertise in setting up and configuring Dynatrace, as well as experience in operational application management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, performing root cause analysis, and identifying recurring issues to ensure long-term fixes. They will also define and fine-tune alerts, integrate Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling, and possess a strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Experience in operational application management.
  • Troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes.
  • Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.
  • Define and fine-tune alerts.
  • Integrate Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling.
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Analyse and optimise application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in application monitoring and optimization.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
  • Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
