Senior BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior BIM Engineer to drive our building information management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the BIM Manager on Civil 3D projects to ensure seamless project execution
  • Work independently to make technical decisions for US, UK & Asia-specific projects with high accuracy
  • Manage Landscape, Dry & Wet Utilities, Grading, Highway Modelling, and Plantation projects from conception to delivery
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer, and Part-Builder to deliver high-quality results
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing, linkage, and cleanup to meet project requirements
  • Familiarity with Design Review for collaboration with professional staff to enhance project outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and resolution to minimize project risks
  • Knowledge of submittals and Civil 3D workflows to streamline project processes
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading BIM construction processes from design development to as-built documentation, assisting with estimation tasks, and integrating iPad/AM data exchange to enhance project efficiency.
