BIM Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled structural draftsman to support our engineering team by preparing accurate and detailed BIM models and drawings.

• The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools, with a good understanding of construction and detailing standards.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

1. Preparing structural drawings and 3D BIM models based on engineering markups and design requirements.
2. Coordinating and collaborating with architects, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model consistency.
3. Producing accurate shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.
4. Maintaining BIM models and updating them as needed through the lifecycle of the project.
5. Following industry and project BIM standards and ensuring compliance with local and international codes.
6. Assisting in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other BIM coordination software.
7. Ensuring quality control of drafted output and managing drawing revisions.
8. Attending coordination meetings and providing input on constructability and detailing issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least 2 years using BIM/Revit.
• Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
• Solid knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
• Experience working on large-scale buildings, infrastructure, or villa projects is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
